1. Eat in small amount and increase your eating time.
2. Avoid high calories food.
3. Drink much of water.
4. Do excersize before eating which will be the one you eat the most the day.
5. Don't be a walking bin.
6. If you are invited to a party, avoid potato chips, pizza, cake, and donuts and try to eat vegitables and fruits.
7. Eat only when you feel hunger.
8. In a restaurant, try to order small sized dishes as much as you can.
9. Don't fast, don't rely on medicine.
10. Don't eat snacks in the mid-night.

I actually do the opposite NINE statement except No.9 :(
I really love to eat high-calories food such as snacks, cakes, pizza...and more...
in addition, I often eat mid-night because I finished my part time job at 11:30pm. So I eat dinner 1:30am... It's really bad, isn't it?
It's difficult to control my eating habit by myself. So how do you do that everyday?
I want to know your secret of your healthy diet;)

返信削除There is really simple but it is really important to know for girls especially are on diet.
However, many people suffer on halfway, what should they do? lol
I think people want to be slim, they have to have their own goal.
Anyway, after reading this post... Are you on diet?

I didn't know what to translate "Aruku gomibako ni naruna" so it's like a literal translation. lol Sorry, this post is based on a japanese website.
"Because there is a dish in front of you, you eat it" makes your weight increase. "Because you are now hungry, you eat it" is better isn't it? :D
How about..... if you can't change your lifestyle, check your carolies that you take in the day in your schedule or things like that, and then rethink about your food life. kinda like recording diet tho.

You know it vary among different individual, each has to find the way that fit themselves. As you said, they have to put their goal to get a slim body. But I think finding out if the way really fit you is important.
Well, my post is about controlling your hunger and not increasing your weight, but losing your weight so I don't know about it much :"( sorry..
Thank you for worrying! Im not on a diet but trying to maintain my weight :) Because my cousin's gonna have a wedding celemony in July and I would be crying if I couldn't wear a dress I was able to wear 2 years ago. lol
