Afternoon tea...?
Well, why I'm writing about the tea is, I don't come up with anything except for a bevarage I'm now drinking. (^^;)
By the way, which flavor do you like the best, straight tea, lemon tea and milk tea?
I can't choose one! lol But if I had to, I would choose milk tea cos the flavor is sweet and makes me relax when I'm tired.
Then, why does it make me relax?
The answer's here.
The brain consume 30% of energy from glucose. If glucose is not enough, the brain consume energy from fat.
So, you should replenish sugar once every 3 to 4 hours because if it run out of sugar, the brain consume sugar from liver at first and then muscle.
BUT!!!
Remember that too much consuming sugar makes you low blood sugar!!
