A famous chef in Japan

Who do you think the most famous chef in Japan at the moment? I think of a chef who prepares the French cuisine at his restaurant and whose name is Tatsuya Kawagoe.

I knew him through a TV program which a female announcer and he indeed do cooking several times a week. I've never tried his recipe but it was easy to follow I'm sure.

He was born on March 7 in 1973. His first cooking was fried rice when he was in 3rd year of elementary school. He made a fried rice look as much like his mother's one as possible using rice, sausage and green pepper.
Through 10 years from an elementary school to a high school he had digged into playing baseball but quit it and started to learn culinary skills.
He changed his workplace many times because of the earthquake in 1995, the burst bubble and many other. At a Karaoke Box he served many cuisine and got a lucky chance. A drunk man who was a chef came and ordered something and valued Tatsuya's cuisine even though the man was really drunk. This luck made him a head chef at a new reastaurant in 1997. He created his own business and started a new restaurant called "Tiara.K.Ristorante" in 2000.
In 2006, it was moved to Daikanyama and the name was changed to "TATSUYA KAWAGOE". It's completely booked for 2 months.

You can see him through some TV programs even now or at his restaurant but if you want to have a lunch or dinner there, you SHOULD book as soon as you can!!

Introduction

Im Nozomi who is in 3rd year and studying English and modern society. I live in Narashino city and come to the uni by bicycle. I have a part-time and work at the NTT building in Makuhari as a waitress so my part-time is related to food even though the building is outside of uni.

The title of this blog "Girls Love Eating" comes from my experience. People around me, including myself, loves eating and I've never seen those who don't like eating. And I bet girls are more likely to love eating than boys. These are the reason I named my blog "Girls Love Eating".
